Revel Salon and Color Studio strives to offer our guests the very best experience possible. Each time a guest misses a reservation without providing proper notice, another guest is prevented from receiving services. Additionally, the lost income negatively impacts our service providers. 

To avoid cancellation fees, a twenty four (24) hour notice is required for all cancelled or rescheduled reservations. Reservations canceled less than twenty four (24) hours in advance are subject to fees equal to 50% of the total scheduled services and will be charged accordingly. 

Revel Salon and Color Studio reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 100% of the total scheduled services for all no shows (missed reservations without calling in advance to cancel or reschedule) and will be charged accordingly. No show fees will be charged to the guest the same day of the missed reservation. All no show fees must be paid in full prior to the next reservation.

We love children here at Revel... some of us even have a few! However, we ask that guests make child care arrangements beforehand and not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Our goal is to maintain a safe, rejuvenating and relaxing salon and spa environment. Many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal pampering or quiet time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, retail displays, etc…) so we ask guests to please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding.


Revel Salon and Color Studio is a team environment, and our guest satisfaction is of utmost importance. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply need a quick fix, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone. Clients are welcome to come in with their original stylist for a redo of the service complementary. When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 2 weeks of your original appointment date to honor the complimentary service. Also, please note that the redo guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit. 


Revel Salon and Color Studio leads the industry by providing the most advanced product lines available. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product within 14 days of purchase for an exchange as long as the product is still more than half full.

Your hair services are guaranteed only when suggested products are purchased here. We will never pressure you to purchase unnecessary or discontinued products. Mass retailers, drug stores, grocery stores, and, yes, Amazon are not authorized dealers. Do not buy professional products from these locations! They could be 10-20% higher in price, not guaranteed by the manufacturer, counterfeit, diluted, expired or diverted.
